Don’t see your job? Choose “Something Else” and describe it. Nothing is booked until we’ve talked.

What We Do

Some jobs are easiest to describe by pointing to the thing you want installed or mounted. A mirror, a TV, shelves, a light or a faucet can each be the reason you start a request. Fix Pro handles fixtures and mounting in Arvada and across the Denver metro, with one contact to talk through the work.

You can bring a single item or a list. Name each fixture or mounting job in the details field and tell us which room it belongs in. If you are still working out what the request should include, start with the items you know about. The first conversation is a chance to understand the work, rather than a requirement to arrive with every detail settled.

What’s Included

Jobs can include:

  • Lights and fans
  • Faucets
  • TVs
  • Shelves and mirrors
  • Hardware

Those names give us a useful starting point. Tell us whether your request centers on one of them or combines several. For light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets and switches, you can also begin from electrical fixtures. Faucets, toilets, sinks, valves and small leaks are listed under plumbing fixtures.

Put the Whole List in One Place

A TV in one room, a mirror in another and shelves elsewhere can all appear in the same message. Use short lines to keep the list clear. If hardware or other small repairs are part of the job, describe those too. Our punch list service is another way to start when the work is a collection of small things around the house.

The purpose of the list is to help us understand what you need. It does not need technical language. Explain what the item is, where you want the work and what is already there. Photos can come later if they help with the conversation.

From an Item to an Agreed Plan

The job sheet asks for your ZIP code, your name and an email or phone number. Property type and timing are optional. If the work is for a rental, managed property or commercial building, you can say so without including private access information. Leave door codes and tenant details out of your description.

Fix Pro works with homeowners, landlords, property managers and commercial spaces, including offices, shops and shared spaces. Fix Pro carries business insurance. Our team brings 46+ years of trade experience. A small install receives the same care as a full remodel.
