What We Do

A punch list is a list of small things around the house, handled in one visit. You may have one item written down and several more you have been meaning to add. Fix Pro handles punch lists in Arvada and across the Denver metro, with one point of contact for the whole request.

Start by writing the list as you would explain it to someone walking through the property with you. Name the room and the thing that needs doing. Short lines are useful when the jobs are different. You do not need to turn them into separate requests or decide the best order before we talk.

What’s Included

Your list can bring together jobs such as:

  • Drywall holes, cracks or water damage
  • Lights, fans and hardware
  • Shelves, mirrors and TVs
  • Door, baseboard or casing work
  • Cabinet hardware and adjustments

Each item helps explain the request. A hole in the wall, a mirror to mount and cabinet adjustments can all be described plainly. Tell us everything and we will work out the best order. Small repairs receive the same care as full remodels, so you can begin with the list you actually have rather than trying to make it sound like a larger project.

Keep the List Readable

If several rooms are involved, group the items by room in the details field. If a job needs its own explanation, give it a separate sentence. You can explore drywall repair, fixtures and mounting or doors, windows and trim to see how those services are described. Then bring the relevant parts together in one job sheet.

For landlords and property managers, the list might relate to a turnover, repairs between tenants or updates across units. Explain that context without including tenant details or access codes. Access and the on-site contact can be part of the conversation when we reply.

From Your List to a Plan

Choose “Punch List” in the service select. Add the job’s ZIP code, your name and an email or phone number, then describe the small things you want to discuss. Photos can come later. Property type and timing are optional, and no exact address is needed to start the request.

Fix Pro carries business insurance. Our team brings 46+ years of trade experience. We work with homeowners, landlords and property managers, as well as commercial spaces such as offices, shops and shared spaces.
