Don’t see your job? Choose “Something Else” and describe it. Nothing is booked until we’ve talked.

What We Do

A light fixture, ceiling fan, outlet or switch can be the focus of a small job. Several may also appear on the same repair list. Fix Pro handles electrical fixtures in Arvada and across the Denver metro, with one point of contact to understand what you need.

Name the fixture in your request and say which room or area it belongs to. If there is more than one item, list them separately. That gives us a clearer starting point than a broad description of the whole property. You can explain what is already there and what you would like to change without needing to decide the full scope before the first conversation.

What’s Included

Fixture work includes:

  • Light fixtures
  • Ceiling fans
  • Outlets
  • Switches

If your idea reaches beyond that list, describe it under “Something Else” or “Not Sure Yet.” Asking begins a conversation about the actual job.

Fixtures in a Larger Room Project

Lighting and fixtures can also be part of kitchen, bathroom or basement remodeling. When the room is the larger project, describe that room and include the fixtures alongside the other changes. Fix Pro manages the whole project, with one contact from the first call to the final walkthrough.

For TVs, shelves, mirrors, faucets and other hardware, fixtures and mounting may be a better starting point. A list of small repairs around the house can also start from punch lists. You can name the electrical fixtures alongside the rest of the list so we understand how the requests fit together.

What to Put in the Request

The estimate form asks for your name, an email or phone number, the ZIP code of the job and a few lines about the work. Choose “Electrical Fixtures” and list the light fixtures, fans, outlets or switches you want to discuss. Photos can come later. An exact address is not needed to begin.

You can also choose a property type and timing preference. If this is a rental or managed property, please keep tenant details and door codes out of the form. Access and an on-site contact can be discussed later.

Fix Pro carries business insurance. Our team brings 46+ years of trade experience. We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers and commercial spaces. Small repairs receive the same care as full remodels.
