What We Do

A painting request can describe a room, the trim, a door or the exterior. It can also be part of getting a rental ready for its next chapter. Fix Pro handles interior and exterior painting in Arvada and across the Denver metro, with one point of contact to discuss the work.

Start by saying which surfaces are on your list. If you mean the room as a whole, say so. If your request is limited to trim or doors, that distinction is useful too. You can describe one area or several without needing to decide every detail before we talk. We review the request and reply to understand what the work involves.

What’s Included

Painting work can include:

  • Interior painting
  • Exterior painting
  • Rooms
  • Trim and doors
  • Rental turnovers

A rental turnover may bring painting together with other repairs or updates. Tell us which parts you are thinking about and what you would like us to look at. If you manage the property, mention that in the optional property field. Access and the on-site contact can be discussed when we talk; please keep tenant details and door codes out of the online form.

One Surface or a Connected Project

You may have a wall repair to discuss before describing the painting. Our drywall repair service covers holes, cracks and water damage. Mention both parts in your request if they belong to the same room. If doors, window replacements, baseboard or casing are also on the list, see doors, windows and trim.

Painting is also one part of kitchen, bathroom and basement remodeling. When your idea reaches beyond the paint, describe the larger project. Fix Pro manages the whole job, with one contact from the first call to the final walkthrough. That lets the conversation begin with the room or property, rather than a set of unrelated messages.

What Your Job Sheet Needs

Include the room or exterior area, the surfaces you want to discuss and the ZIP code where the work is. A sentence or two can be enough to begin. Photos can come later. Add your name and an email or phone number, then choose a timing preference if you have one. A request starts the conversation; it does not book the work.

We work with homeowners, landlords and property managers, along with commercial spaces such as offices, shops and shared spaces. Fix Pro carries business insurance. Our team brings 46+ years of trade experience. A small repair receives the same care as a full remodel.
